Day I

At 8:30am, an English speaking guide will pick you up at Khmer Kitchen Restaurant on the main street of Sen Monorom (road NH76)

A car will bring you to starting point of the tour which offers views over the large area of forest which has been protected from logging by the Mondulkiri project.

You will start 10km trekking into deeper jungle by passing Bunong farms, forest as well as Leng Kun waterfall which is over 50 meters high.

The lunch will be taken place near the waterfall where there is enough water to swim.

After lunch, you keep continue trekking about 8km until you reach jungle lodge at 5:00pm where you will have dinner with local and traditional food such as bamboo soup, vegetable and pork, rice wine, then time to sleep in your hammock.

Day II

After breakfast, a guide will provide you a short orientation about Elephant Conservation Project. Then, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some activities with the elephants:

  • Feeding and following 7 Mondulkiri elephants through the jungle (no elephant riding)
  • Swimming with and washing an elephant at the waterfall
  • Learning about elephants and Bunong culture and traditions

Around 12am, you will have lunch, and you can relax and observe the wildlife at the Jungle Lodge.After saying goodbye to the elephants, we walk back cut of the jungle to our starting point before being driven back to Sen Monorom. You will arrive in Sen Mornorom at 5:00pm.


$105 per person


Light, long sleeved clothing, swimming clothes, towel, hat, sunscreen protection, camera, insect repellant, rain coat (in the wet season, one will be provided if you don’t have one).

Meals and water are also provided. You might have to bring additional snack foods if you want.
