Kalai Jungle and the Hunting Path is a short and easy trekking tour. It is designed for those who look in to experience the easy trekking into the jungle for one whole day and spend the night back at the town. Or if you don’t have time for a deep jungle trek. It is one of the most popular trip in Ratanakiri. You are going to trek with our experienced trekking guide and ranger into the jungle called Kalai. Your guide will lead you through the hunting path (It was the path that local used to hunt wild but since the conservation project and tourism started many of local were educated not to hunt but to conserve). During the trip you guide will tell you the way of life of the indigenous people, different kinds of trees and how it used by local people.

At 08:00am, an English speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel in Banlung.
You will get on a motorbike/car riding with your guide for 45mn to Kalai jungle where you will start trekking and get a wonderful impressionism of the nature and indigenous people way of life namely Kreung People.
While deeper trekking in the jungle for 2 hours, you will pass Kalai village to see their live and farm as well as few streams where lunch is taken place.
After lunch, you continue trekking in eastern direction that you are mainly follow hunting paths. In the early afternoon, you will start to loop back towards Kalai, where we will take you back to Banlung. End of the tour.
